1) Order Lead Times
Order-to-despatch lead times vary according to product, below is a table detailing the expected despatch date based on the product ordered.

- A day is defined as a working day - Monday to Friday
- A full day counts on orders received before 1pm (so order received on Tuesday 3pm on 4 day despatch means next Monday)
- Next day delivery (where offered) only if order received before 1pm
- Next day delivery is unavailable for addresses in the Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
- Add 1 day lead time for embossing recipient’s name onto a cover of a book where chosen
2) Delivery Pricing
FREE DELIVERY – on orders of 3 or more items
UK Standard Delivery - paid per order. Only ever pay P&P for ONE item and … receive FREE standard P&P when you purchase ANY 3 or more items
Notes: If you have purchased 3 or more items and wish to upgrade your P&P method from standard to an urgent/ express option on any item, an additional charge will be incurred. When purchasing 2 items on the website, you will only pay one P&P charge per order. This means your second item will be sent for FREE and you will be charged for the highest priced option selected. If a 3rd item or more is purchased and standard delivery chosen, delivery is FREE on all products.
UK Standard Delivery - paid on one item only per delivery to same address (highest value item applies)
- £2.50 for any order less than £16.
- £3.50 for any order between £16 and £39.
- £5.00 for any order of £39 or more.
- All original newspapers are charged at £5 irrespective of retail price, unless order total exceeds £50.00.
- All alcohol products are charged at £5 irrespective of retail price, unless order total exceeds £50.00.
- All voucher packs, CDs & DVDs are charged at £3.50 irrespective of retail price, unless order total exceeds £50.00.
UK Urgent Deliveries (signed for) - paid on one item only per delivery to same address (highest value item applies)
- £10 irrespective of retail price (next day if ordered before 1pm – applicable only on 1-2 day products in table above)
- Note: If you have purchased 3 or more items and wish to upgrade your P&P method from standard to an urgent/ express option on any item, the urgent delivery price will be incurred, but only on one item irrespective of size of order (highest charge applies).
International Standard Delivery (non – tracked & non signed for)

- £7.50 for any order less than £39
- £15.00 for any order of £39 or more
- Rest of the World (ROW)

International Urgent Courier Delivery (tracked & signed for)

3) Delivery Terms & Details
How Deliveries Are Made & To Where
Signature Gifts Limited (trading as GoneDigging) will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like Signature Gifts Limited to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
Urgent deliveries are always 'sign-for' service.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes if your delivery is via our courier service, (all UK urgent and International).

Delivery Lead Times
Order to delivery is dependent on the despatch of the item chosen and the delivery option. For despatch lead times on specific items chosen, please see the relevant product page. Please then allow an additional 3 days for standard delivery and 1 day for urgent delivery. At peak times, such as Christmas, deliveries may take a day or two longer. For UK orders (only), there is an Express Delivery option. This option prioritises your order to the top of the queue, and is despatched using overnight courier service.
One Charge per Delivery
Postage and packing will only be paid on one item, there is no extra P&P cost on additional items purchased. The highest value P&P will be applied.
Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them; Signature Gifts Limited shall have no liability to you unless you notify Signature Gifts Limited by email at mirror@gonedigging.co.uk of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Signature Gifts Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
