Bradford City Personalised Football Calendar

Unique Gift Idea for Fans of Bradford City !

Bradford City FC won the FA Cup in 1911, becoming the first team to win the new trophy after the former prize was lost. It was a fitting win considering the cup had actually been made locally in Bradford, and it was also a great end to a successful season that had seen the Bantams reach their highest ever placing of fifth in the First Division.

Whilst fifth remains Bradford’s best result in the top flight, there has been almost a century of highs and lows since, defining the West Yorkshire club. We have been digging through our newspaper archives to find twelve of the very best reports over this period and we have combined them in a unique A3 Personalised Calendar that can begin on the month of your choice and will evoke wonderful memories for fans of the club.

Calendar Features

Beginning with the famous FA Cup win of 1911, Bradford City fans will revisit a series of other significant moments in these Personalised Calendars, which are sure to provoke some wonderful memories of their favourite club. In addition to Cup success, we also cover a variety of highlights from the domestic leagues.

In 1967 the goals poured in for the Bantams during a thrilling game against Wrexham that finished in a 7-1 Bradford victory. Thirty years later, Bradford FC beat Everton 3-2 in another astonishing performance that saved the club from relegation from the First Division.

The following season began in a blaze of glory and your A3 Calendar picks up on the good feeling around the club with manager Chris Kamara informing journalists that Bradford City could beat anybody! He was right to be optimistic, as his side went on to spend the first three months in the top six places of the league. Things got even better in 1999 when new boss Paul Jewell ensured Bradford’s promotion to the Premiership with a final day victory.

With further newspaper articles regarding the club’s mission to stay in the top flight and an emotional reflection on the tragic fire of 1985, these Football Calendars help to build the story of the West Yorkshire side in twelve bite-sized chunks of essential memorabilia.
